Homemade Banana Pudding: No-Bake 

Mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a medium pot. Whisk in milk over medium-high heat.  

Add egg yolks and whisk continually until thickened. After adding butter and vanilla, remove from heat.

Whip in half teaspoons of cinnamon when stiff peaks form. 

Hand-chopping or breaking ladyfingers will give your pudding a unique texture.  

Layer half the pieces and half the banana pudding on the bottom of your dishes. 

Repeat layers and add ladyfinger crumble, cinnamon, and banana slices.
